About the estate

The Domaine Sibille estate operates as an independent winery, controlling the entire production chain from vineyard management to bottling. Winemaker Pierre brings extensive experience to the operation and interprets the grape varieties of Languedoc in his own distinct way. Viticulture is conducted according to organic farming guidelines with a strong focus on biodiversity and the avoidance of synthetic chemical products. In the cellar, strict limitations are placed on additives to produce stable wines. The portfolio includes a distinctive Marselan cuvée among its offerings.
