About the estate

The Domaine les Yeuses estate is situated between the coast and the Mediterranean garrigue on clay-limestone soils with a sandy tendency on semi-slopes. The historic buildings were constructed in the 13th century by the Templar Order and were acquired in 1977 by the Dardé family, who now run the property in the third generation. Spanning 80 hectares, the vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate where the proximity to the sea provides freshness during the ripening phase. The portfolio includes numerous white, red, and rosé wines produced under denominations such as AOC Picpoul de Pinet, Côtes de Thau IGP, and IGP Pays d'Oc. Distribution takes place directly from the winery as well as through wine merchants and restaurants.

The eno directory lists 22 wines, mostly from Syrah and Grenache. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
