About the estate

The Château de Pinet - Gaujal de Saint Bon is considered the oldest estate in the Picpoul de Pinet appellation in the Languedoc and looks back on a history dating back to the 19th century. In 1900, the current building was constructed according to plans by the Garros family of architects. Today, the winery is managed by Simonne and A-Virginie and holds an official certification for environmental high value. The portfolio includes wines from the AOP Picpoul de Pinet and Languedoc Blanc appellations as well as IGP Côtes de Thau and Pays d'Oc. The focus traditionally centers on the Piquepoul grape variety, which thrives in the immediate vicinity of the Etang de Thau.
