About the estate

The Domaine des Lauriers estate is located in Castelnau de Guers in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and has been managed as a family business by the Cabrol family since 1969. The estate covers approximately fifty hectares of vineyards planted with a total of fourteen different grape varieties. The portfolio includes characteristic white wines such as Piquepoul, Rolle, and Viognier, alongside various red and rosé wines. The soils across the parcels vary significantly, ranging from limestone substrates and sandy-clay limestone to red soils and rolled pebbles. For environmental management, the estate utilizes sheep in the vineyards during the winter for natural maintenance.
