About the estate

The Domaine les Jalans estate is located in Tourouzelle within the Minervois region. The current winery was established in 2018 on a thirteen-hectare property that has grown through generations. The vineyards are distributed across small plots with clay-limestone soils on hillsides and semi-hillsides, featuring Syrah, Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Carignan, Cinsault, and Sauvignon. Viticulture follows reasoned cultivation practices, and the estate holds a high environmental value certification. Vineyard management relies on short pruning, green harvesting, and manual picking to ensure fruit quality.
