Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Domaine Florence Alquier bewirtschaftet eine Rebfläche von 20 Hektar in der Appellation Faugères im Languedoc. Der Betrieb wird von drei Personen geführt, die sich der Erhaltung des lokalen Kulturerbes durch eine nachhaltige und ethische Landwirtschaft widmen. Die Weinberge erstrecken sich auf einem homogenen Schieferboden in den Ausläufern der Cevennen innerhalb des Regionalen Naturparks Haut-Languedoc. Im Keller kommen sowohl traditionelle als auch innovative Methoden zum Einsatz, wobei kleine Edelstahltanks die parzellengenaue Vinifikation ermöglichen. Im Jahr 2020 erhielt das Anwesen das Zertifikat für den biologischen Landbau.

On the nose, this 2024 first presents us with white flowers (hawthorn and jasmine), followed by candied pineapple. The palate is generous, with a combination of minerality and freshness.
