About the estate

The Domaine du Trapadis estate is managed by Helen, continuing a family tradition spanning three generations. The family-run property farms vineyards featuring young and old vines set across unique environments, utilizing organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. The grape variety assortment includes Grenache as the primary variety, alongside Mourvèdre, Syrah, Carignan, and Clairette. Harvesting is predominantly done by hand to preserve grape freshness and aromas prior to vinification. Within the traditional cellar, the wines are aged in concrete vats, old wooden barrels, and earthenware jars.
