About the estate
The Domaine Rabasse Charavin estate has a history dating back to 1880 when François Rabasse laid the initial foundations. Today, the business is managed by Laura across a vineyard area of 45 hectares distributed over the communes of Cairanne, Rasteau, Violès and Travaillan. Production includes wines such as Cairanne, Rasteau, Plan de Dieu, Côtes du Rhône and Vin de France, which are largely derived from old vines. Farming follows traditional methods with mechanical soil cultivation and without the use of weedkillers or chemical fertilisers. The estate operates under organic agriculture and is certified.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Grenache and Syrah.
