The Domaine les Hautes Cances estate covers an area of 18 hectares in the Rhône Valley and was founded in 1995. Since 2019, the winery has been managed by the Amadieu family. The vineyards include parcels within the AOC Cairanne appellation, featuring a diverse range of soils and exposures. For vinification, the team relies on environmentally respectful cultivation with organic certification as well as manual harvesting. The planted grape varieties include regional classics such as Grenache noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre.
