About the estate
The Domaine de Daurion estate is located in Caux at the heart of the Pézenas terroir, tracing its winemaking roots back to antiquity on volcanic soils. Since the 1950s, the Collet family has maintained the property as a family heritage, currently spanning 55 hectares of vineyards. The diverse soils range from basaltic and clay-limestone to alluvial gravels, accompanied by a commitment to agroforestry. Guided by oenologist Laurent Doyle, the estate produces wines characterized by freshness, aromatic precision, and the expression of the local terroir.
