The family-run Domaine Costeplane estate is located in Fleury d'Aude within the Massif de la Clape in the AOC La Clape appellation and was established in 1930. The vineyards are situated on hillside plots influenced by the dry tramontane wind, which helps to limit the development of fungal diseases. The winery applies a sustainable approach featuring manual harvesting and rigorous grape selection. In the cellar, vinification takes place in tanks and oak barrels, supported by modern cold-storage equipment for temperature control. All production stages from vineyard management to bottling are carried out directly at the property.
