About the estate

The Chateau le Bouïs estate is located in Gruissan within the Languedoc-Roussillon region and covers 30 hectares of vineyards on the terroir of La Clape. The mostly south-facing vines benefit from exceptional sunshine and are exposed to the influence of 13 regional winds. The property is certified organic and applies environmentally friendly management to respect the local ecosystem. The diversity of cultivated grape varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Roussanne allows for the production of a complete range of red, white, and rosé wines. Vinification relies on gentle and low-intervention methods to best express the characteristics of the terroir.
