About the estate
Château le Payral is a family-run estate located in Saussignac not far from Bergerac, where Thierry took over the management in 1992 following six preceding generations. Following a soil study, the estate transitioned to organic farming, achieving official certification in 2005 and Demeter biodynamic certification in 2018. On the soils of Saussignac, the winery produces various ranges of wines extending from fresh traditional styles to original creations. The estate's products are available at numerous retail points throughout France and are also exported internationally.
