The Château Panisseau estate is located near Bergerac in the Périgord Pourpre and is managed by Claire Janoueix and Audouin d’Aboville. The property spans a total of 106 hectares, with 47 hectares dedicated to vineyards planted on well-drained hillside plots. Viticulture is conducted through sustainable farming methods incorporating soil cultivation and cover crops. The diverse soils accommodate grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, and Ugni Blanc. The grapes are harvested and vinified by parcel to produce distinctive wines under the AOC Bergerac denomination.
