Domaine Piazetta

About the estate

The Domaine Piazetta estate is managed in the fourth generation by winemakers Jean-Marc and Thierry Piazzetta, whose great-grandfather arrived from Italy to Bernac in the 1920s. The origins of the property date back to the acquisition of the Château les Brandeaux vineyard before the Second World War, which was later comprehensively restructured by Jean-Louis. Today, the winery encompasses thirty hectares of vineyards on clay-limestone soils situated between the Dordogne and Garonne rivers in Périgord. The product range includes wines from the AOC Bergerac, AOC Côtes de Bergerac, and AOC Côtes de Duras denominations. The estate operates with a commitment to biodiversity and has been certified as High Environmental Value since 2018.
