Château Capion

About the estate

The Château Capion estate is located in Aniane in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac and features a 16th-century building surrounded by woods, gardens, and olive trees. The 49 hectares of vineyards are in a single block and comprise three major geological zones with soils composed of sandstone, clay, limestone gravel, and silt. Certified organic since 2020, the estate places great emphasis on maintaining biodiversity and has implemented ecological reservoir zones. All vineyard tasks and the harvests are carefully carried out by hand, supported by expert agronomic analysis of the soils and subsoils.
