The winery cultivates 0.35 hectares of vineyards on the Nebraer Schlossberg with bunter sandstone soils. Only fungus-resistant grape varieties are grown on this area using the Casarsa training system. The wines are marketed under the Nebraer Venus brand, emphasizing a sustainable approach without chemical crop protection. Sales are handled directly through the estate for interested customers and partners.
