About the estate

The Fabian Zimmermann estate farms eight hectares of vineyards in Siefersheim within the Rheinhessen wine region. For many generations, the family has been engaged in agriculture and winemaking at this location. Situated in the old historic center, the winery is characterized by volcanic ancient seabed soils and the cool climate of the Rhenish-Hessian Switzerland. With great sensitivity, modern and elegant wines with a characterful structure and ripe fruit are produced. In addition to winemaking, the estate also operates a traditional courtyard tavern in the historic village center.

The eno directory lists 34 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
