About the estate
The Tomisa winery was established in 1997 in Castel De’ Britti and cultivates vineyards within the Colli Bolognesi region. The estate has been managed entirely organically since 2003, placing strong emphasis on soil vitality and biodiversity. Vinification in the modern cellar facility aims to preserve the characteristic qualities of the grapes and the vintage through minimal intervention. The portfolio comprises organic wines produced in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape.
