About the estate
The SPIRITO AGRICOLO BALLARIN di Viberti Giovanni estate has its roots in the long history of Cascina Ballarin, which was founded in 1928 when land was purchased in Annunziata di La Morra and Bussia di Monforte. Today, the winery farms seven hectares of land, with five hectares dedicated to vineyards. The agricultural approach follows organic and biodynamic principles, holding certifications starting from the 2022 and 2023 vintages respectively. The product range includes wines as well as spirits distilled from estate-grown grapes and ancient fruit varieties. Winemaking is characterized by long macerations and patient aging.
