The PAITIN Az.Agr. di Pasquero Elia estate is historically rooted in Neive, Piedmont, with origins dating back to 1796. Today, the Pasquero-Elia family manages the winery in the eighth generation, cultivating vineyards in renowned sites such as the Serraboella cru. The traditional vinification approach focuses on classic Piedmontese grape varieties, yielding characteristic wines such as Barbaresco DOCG and Barolo DOCG. Through patient maceration and traditional aging methods, the estate creates a distinctive interpretation of the regional terroir.
