About the estate

The Roger Goulart, S.A.U estate was founded in 1882 in Sant Esteve Sesrovires within the Alto Penedès region and focuses on producing sparkling wines using the traditional method. The origins of the winery date back to the late nineteenth century when the Canals family built a majestic Modernist facility inspired by the cellars of the Champagne region. Beneath this building lies an impressive network of underground galleries stretching over one kilometer at a depth of thirty meters, providing unique temperature and humidity conditions for aging. The winery specializes in high-end Cava production under the Cava and Cava – Comtats de Barcelona denominations, with a primary focus on long-aged Reservas and Gran Reservas.
