The family-owned estate Canals & Munné was founded in 1915 by Josep Canals Capellades in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalonia, and is currently managed across multiple generations. The winery specializes in the production of still wines and cavas, focusing exclusively on Reserva and Gran Reserva categories. Alongside the historic original cellar in the town center, which is used for gastronomy and wine tourism, the company operates a modern facility located directly among the vineyards. The product range also includes organic lines such as the Cava Dionysus Brut Nature Eco and the white wine Prínceps Eco. Its products are distributed both nationally within Spain and to various international markets.
