About the estate
The Vins el Cep estate was founded in 1980 by four winegrowing families who combined their centuries-old agricultural tradition and historical farmsteads in the Costers de l'Anoia region of Catalonia. The associated properties such as Can Prats, Can Simon, Can Castany, and Can Miquel de les Planes date back centuries and are today managed by the descendants of the founders. The winery specializes in organic and biodynamic viticulture, producing wines and sparkling wines, including Cava, that reflect the expression of the regional terroirs.
