About the estate
Castell d'Or was founded in 2005 by several Catalan cooperative wineries, some of which trace their history back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Today, the group unites 16 associated cooperatives and more than 2,200 farming families who together cultivate over 6,200 hectares of vineyards. The portfolio includes wines, cavas, and oils produced across several denominations of origin in Catalonia. This alliance pools traditional knowledge and optimizes production processes to ensure product quality for the international market.
