About the estate

The Ivo Varbanov estate cultivates vineyards in the South Sakar region with the ambition to produce Bulgarian wines of the highest quality and grand cru potential. Established in 2008, the project relies on organic and biodynamic farming methods without the use of herbicides or pesticides in the vineyards. In the cellar, industrial practices are strictly avoided to craft wines that reflect their unique terroir and origin. The estate distributes its wines internationally, gaining notable recognition among open-minded critics, connoisseurs, and collectors abroad.

The eno directory lists 50 wines, mostly from Syrah and Viognier.
