About the estate
The Изба Стамболово estate continues the traditions of the Patkovi winemaking firm founded in 1932 and is among the prominent factors in the Bulgarian wine industry. Located in the south of Bulgaria within the Thracian Valley wine-growing region, the winery specializes in producing quality wines and wine brandies from white and red grape varieties. The annual production capacity exceeds three million litres, with a substantial portion exported to destinations worldwide. A particular focus is placed on internationally famous Merlot wines from the Stambolovo and Sakar regions with vintages dating back to the 1980s.
