About the estate

The Домейн Трифонов estate was established in 2008 in Pesnopoy, located in Iztochna Trakiya, and was known until early 2012 as the Pesan winery. This family-run boutique winery is designed to produce small batches of high-quality wines. The underground cellar carved into the rock provides constant year-round temperatures suitable for wine maturation. Production follows classical technology with strict control over grape condition and sugar levels. The portfolio includes wines under the Thracian Lowlands PGI denomination.
