The winery utilizes a variety of grape varieties, including local grapes such as Melnik 55, Shiroka Melnishka Loza, Rubin, Sandanski Misket, and Tamianka, as well as international varieties. The soils of the area are shaped by river deposits and volcanic deposits. Winemaking combines the character of the region with classic styles.
