About the estate
The MONSIGNORE s.s.a. estate in Vicoforte on the southern edge of the Langhe in Piedmont originates from a historic summer residence built in 1916. Since 2010, Giuseppe Blengini and Roberta Ceretto have led the project, focusing on the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir at an altitude of around 600 meters for the Alta Langa DOCG denomination. The family estate spans 100 hectares in total, with 15 hectares dedicated to sparkling wine grapes, supported by a network of trusted growers. Their production centers on a vintage Metodo Classico crafted through separate vinifications in old oak barrels and prolonged aging on the lees.

L’annata 2021, calda e ricca, ha richiesto un lavoro meticoloso in vigna. Il lungo affinamento in bottiglia ha definito un profilo elegante e preciso, con note floreali, richiami di vaniglia e una bocca fresca, persistente.
