About the estate
The DELTETTO Az.Agr. s.s.a. estate located in Canale, Piedmont, is operated as a family of winemakers dedicated to the pure expression of each individual vineyard and the production of authentic wines. The philosophy is based on the pursuit of finesse and the careful selection of soils matched to the specific characteristics of each grape variety. Environmental commitment is supported by the SQNPI certification, promoting sustainability across all production phases from vineyard management to low-impact resource control. Alongside classic wines and regional varieties such as Arneis and Favorita, winemakers Antonio and Carlo Deltetto have also produced Metodo Classico sparkling wines within their cellars since 1980.
