About the estate
The Mas des Colibris estate is located in Gignac in the Languedoc region on the foothills of the Causse d’Aumelas and covers a vineyard area of twelve hectares. The origins of the winery date back to 2013, when the founder took over after a career change. The vineyards have been certified organic since 1999 and are additionally managed using biodynamic methods. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Grés de Montpellier, AOC Languedoc, and Saint Guilhem le Désert IGP denominations. Harvesting is traditionally carried out by hand in small crates with sorting in the vineyard, followed by vinification using indigenous yeasts.
