About the estate
The Mas Conscience estate is located in the Terrasses du Larzac between the villages of Montpeyroux and Saint-Jean-de-Fos in France. The vineyard area covers 15 hectares distributed across parcels in the three communes of Aniane, Puéchabon, and Saint-Jean-de-Fos. The grape varieties cultivated include Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino, Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Petit Manseng, Carignan, and Mourvèdre, among others. The winery has been operating according to organic farming guidelines for more than ten years. Vineyard management is conducted in harmony with nature to preserve the authenticity of the terroirs.
