About the estate
The La Ricolla estate cultivates nearly five hectares of land divided across six reclaimed vineyards dedicated to the cultural revitalization of the area. Production is guided by passion, respect for the land, and the exploration of biodynamic principles and historical viticultural methods. The winemaking approach relies on natural vineyard management and traditional cellar techniques without the use of chemical additives. Through spontaneous fermentation and extended aging in stainless steel and amphorae, the winery produces distinctive and long-lived wines.
