About the estate

The Gajaudo estate is managed across three generations and has been active as a wine producer since 1986. The winery was founded by Adriano Gajaudo alongside his sons Giulio and Fulvio, initially located in the municipality of Dolceacqua. Following a relocation in 1999, the enterprise is based in a larger facility situated between Isolabona and Pigna in Liguria. The portfolio features wines from selected, centuries-old vineyards based on the grape varieties Rossese di Dolceacqua, Vermentino, and Pigato. Sales of the wines are conducted directly at the cellar as well as online.
