The ELIO ALTARE di Silvia Altare estate in La Morra, Piedmont, is operated as a family business with Elio, his wife Lucia, their daughter Silvia, and the team working closely together. The vineyards are cultivated based on experience and generational knowledge without the use of chemical substances, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. During vinification, external yeasts are strictly avoided in favor of exclusively using indigenous yeasts. The wines undergo a spontaneous malolactic fermentation and are neither filtered nor fined. The portfolio features renowned denominations such as Barolo, Barbaresco, and Barbera d'Alba.
