About the estate
The Domaine Saint-Sebaste winery cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards with parcels distributed across the entire Neuchatel region, stretching from Cortaillod to Le Landeron. Founded in 1954 by Jean-Claude and Alice Kuntzer, the family-run estate is passed down through generations and focuses on producing single-varietal wines. Viticulture is conducted entirely according to biodynamic principles, supported in the cellar by the use of natural yeasts and indigenous bacteria. The portfolio features the regional grape varieties Chasselas, Pinot Noir, and Oeil-de-Perdrix under the AOC Neuchatel appellation.
