About the estate

The Domaine Grisoni estate was founded in 1937 by Louis Grisoni in Cressier in the Three Lakes region and is today managed by Annie Rossi and Matthias Tobler. The vineyards extend over twelve hectares on the slopes between Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Biel, cultivating grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chasselas. Since 2018, the estate has cultivated its vineyards without the use of herbicides or synthetic pesticides, relying instead on natural treatments and the preservation of biodiversity. In the cellar, traditional vinification is combined with modern techniques to produce distinctive, terroir-driven wines.
