About the estate
The Caves Mauler winery is located in Môtiers in the heart of the Val-de-Travers within the AOC Neuchâtel region. Since 1829 and across generations, the Mauler family has been dedicated to producing sparkling wines using the traditional method. Housed in the historic Prieuré Saint-Pierre, the estate crafts fine sparkling wines through a secondary bottle fermentation. The portfolio features various cuvées including the Brut Bio Bourgeon, the Pét Nat, and the Cuvée Louis-Edouard Mauler.
