About the estate

Founded in 1884, Grillette Domaine de Cressier SA is located in the center of Cressier in the heart of the Lake Neuchâtel region. The twenty hectares of vineyards stretch across the slopes at the foot of the southern Jura on diverse soils comprising complex limestone, sand, moraine, and marly pebbles. The estate cultivates fourteen different grape varieties across seventeen plots following sustainable and environmentally friendly methods without synthetic treatments. Vinification takes place in the estate's cellars that are more than a century old, overseen by the winemaking duo Matthias Tobler and Annie Rossi. The portfolio features high-end wines including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
