About the estate
The Cave Chatenay-Bouvier estate has maintained a traditional winemaking culture at the heart of Neuchâtel since 1796. In 1880, Samuel Châtenay took over leadership of the property, shaping professional cellar management and precise vinification methods. The portfolio expresses the character of the regional terroir through classic grape varieties. Over the course of its history, the winery earned the nickname Cave aux mille médailles due to numerous awards.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Chasselas. The estate sells to retail.
