The Dimitri Engel Vins estate cultivates 4.8 hectares of vineyards located in Saint-Blaise and La Tène at the foot of the Jura mountains, utilizing integrated production methods. This family winery has a history dating back to the 19th century and represents an established name within the AOC Neuchâtel denomination. With a limited annual production of approximately 30,000 bottles, the estate produces distinct regional wines including the traditional Chasselas as Non-Filtré. In 2001, the family completely rehabilitated the former farmhouse to include a modern tank room and an original tasting cellar for visitors.
