Domaine Saint Hilaire

About the estate

The Domaine Saint Hilaire estate is located in Montagnac within the Languedoc-Roussillon region and produces wines under the IGP Pays d'Oc denomination. Head winemaker Vincent oversees cellar operations with a focus on temperature-controlled fermentation, cooling, micro-oxygenation, and aging in French oak barrels. Harvesting is partly conducted very early in the morning to preserve grape freshness and prevent oxidation. All wines are bottled directly at the estate to ensure maximum quality control. The international distribution network includes online sales as well as placement in restaurants, hotels, and independent shops globally.
