About the estate

The Domaine d’Aigues Belles estate was established around 1870 by Eugène Bosc and remains in the family's possession today. Following a period of restructuring and replanting vineyards in the late twentieth century, the Palatan family decided in 2000 to rehabilitate the old cellar and resume estate vinification for part of the harvest. Currently, the property is managed by the fourth generation, with Gilles Palatan operating the business alongside his nephews Patrice and Thierry Lombard. The portfolio features wines produced under designations such as AOC Languedoc and IGP Pays d'Oc. The estate focuses on traditional methods combined with modern operations to produce distinctive wines with individual character.

The eno directory lists 47 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Syrah. The estate sells to retail.
