Domaine les Terres de Mallyce

About the estate

The Domaine les Terres de Mallyce estate was founded in 2007 in Rasiguères within the Fenouillèdes region and spans 17 hectares of vineyards. The local soils and Mediterranean climate shape the farming practices, which have been entirely organic since inception and strictly avoid chemical pesticides. The vineyard features traditional varieties such as Grenache Noir, Carignan, and Syrah for structured red wines, alongside Macabeu for a limited production of dry white wines. Winemaking relies on manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and careful aging predominantly in stainless steel tanks and partly in larger wooden barrels.
