About the estate
The Domaine le Nouveau Monde estate is a traditional family winery located in Vendres in the Languedoc region, spanning several generations. The estate farms twenty hectares of vineyards according to organic farming methods. The vineyards are divided between sandy soils near the coast and acidic Villafranchian gravel soils on the Vendres plateau. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Languedoc and IGP Pays d'Oc denominations, encompassing complex red wines alongside fresh white and rosé wines. The estate is managed by oenologist Anne-Laure Gauch-Borras and her husband Sébastien.
