About the estate
The history of Domaine Chervet began around 1820 and is currently continued by the family in the fifth generation. Located in the Vully region, the estate cultivates fifteen hectares of vineyards planted with seventy percent white and thirty percent red grape varieties. Vinification follows modern methods while retaining traditional techniques such as aging on the lees or maturing red wines in wooden barrels. In the 1990s, Jean-Daniel and Franziska Chervet took over the property and have successfully combined tradition and technology ever since. This approach yields characterful wines that reflect their origin.
The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Chasselas and Pinot Gris. The estate sells to horeca.
