The Domaine du Moulin Hirissou estate is located in Gaillac, France, and is run by the Hirissou family in the sixth generation. Covering 38 hectares of vineyards, the property spans both banks of the Tarn river and combines distinct soil types. The vines are cultivated according to organic farming methods with a strict control of yields. The grape variety portfolio includes traditional varieties such as Braucol, Duras, Loin de l’œil, Muscadelle, and Mauzac for the production of wines within the AOC Gaillac and Côtes du Tarn IGP appellations.
