About the estate
The Domaine de Brin estate in Castanet, South-West France, builds upon a historical family farm and was established in 2008 by Damien Bonnet, who initiated estate bottling with a commitment to organic farming. The vineyards are situated on privileged clay-limestone hillsides and plateaus that contribute to the complexity of the wines. Alongside viticulture, polyculture is deliberately maintained with various crops to foster a diverse environment supporting soil health. Benefiting from a rich variety of grape varieties and multiple vinification and ageing vessels, the winery produces a comprehensive range including pétillant naturel, white, orange, red, rosé, sweet, and veil wines within the AOC Gaillac denomination.
The eno directory lists 15 wines, mostly from Braucol and Duras.
