About the estate

The Domaine du Lendemain estate spans twelve hectares of vineyards on the clay-limestone slopes of the Aspres at the foot of the Pyrenees. The winery follows demanding biodynamic farming practices and cultivates heritage grape varieties of Northern Catalonia such as Grenache, Carignan, Lledoner pelut, and Macabeu. Notable features of the property include very old vines, featuring a Grenache planted in 1900 and centennial Carignan vines. In the cellar, the winemaker relies on indigenous yeasts, gravity-fed vinification, and gentle aging without synthetic products. The resulting wines reflect the diversity of local appellations and bear names inspired by herbal medicine.
